Roy Allen (Engineering) Ltd does not only produce steel buildings. A large part of our business is fabrication work. We work mainly in mild steel, but can also use stainless and aluminium using mig, tig or electric arc welding. We can also assist with design if necessary.
In some cases it is necessary to make visits to carry out surveys, this is all part of our comprehensive service. We can fabricate anything from small gas industry components to large buildings.
When Roy Allen (Engineering) Ltd started, back in 1973, much of our work was the farming industry - today much has changed and only a small percentage of work we do is in agriculture. However, we are still able to offer the same degree of service that we always have and can manufacture animal troughs, hoppers, etc. to individual specifications.
Gates and fencing are just a few of the more artistic fabrications that are undertaken in our workshop. We can also make up staircases, fire escapes, walkways, hand railing, ladders, balustrades and gantries.
Carports, swimming pool framework covers, small sheds can be made up from individual designs. These can be supplied in kit form or erected on site by our experienced site personnel.
Tanks for diesel or water, large racking systems, chute posts and many more items can be manufactured on our premises.
There are plenty of options as far as finishes. We can airless spray either zinc phosphate primer or red oxide complete with either matt, semi gloss or full gloss finish, or alternatively, we can arrange for sand blasting, colour powder coating or galvanising.
